Below is the link to print and complete the Volunteer Registration and Liability form. Please complete a form for each volunteer in your household. There are two pages, but it can be printed as a two-sided form to save paper.

Volunteer Registration Form and Liability Waiver 〉

Bring your completed form to your first gleaning. You must complete this form to participate. Training for new volunteers will be provided on-site at the first gleaning you attend. Just tell the check-in volunteer that you are new and they will make sure you provide the on-site training information.
